~Tang Orange Papaya Cooler~
(Serves – 2)
Ingredients:
Papaya diced – 1cup
Basil leaves – a sprig
Tang Orange – 4tbsp
Cashew nuts (soaked) – ½ cup
Ginger grated – ½ tsp
Pepper powder (optional) – a pinch
Tang Orange – 4tbsp
Water – 2 ½ cups
Salt – for garnish
Lemon wedge – for garnish

Method:
– In a blender mix together tang orange, papaya, lemon rind, a sprig of basil leaf, ginger, cashew nuts and a pinch of pepper. Make sure to blend it till the cashews are properly ground.
– Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge to wet it. Now dunk the rim of the glass in salt and shake off the excess. Pour the drink into the glass, garnish with a basil leaf and serve.
